Internal Design & Build.
Vanguard Contracts work from an employers design brief and compile a specification designed to satisfy the criteria contained within that brief. All elements of this design are undertaken including layout, materials used and performance criteria.
The works can then (dependant upon value) be undertaken under a JCT standard form of contract with design or under a simple purchase order with the relevant documents as a point of reference. |
