Lockwoods Case Study
Vanguard Contracts Ltd were awarded an ambitious project working for Lockwoods Construction which involved phased sections of works in an occupied environment, before the client moved into the purpose built, two storey extension wing which incorporated a complete fit-out programme.
Final use of the constructed areas incorporated meeting rooms, executive areas, staff canteen, offices, toilets and breakout areas.
The full and extensive works, completed on time and within the clients budget included a bespoke design mezzanine floor and staircase, specialist glass and stainless steel balustrade, one hour fire enclosures and protection, along with various partitioning systems. Silicon glazed meeting rooms and Directors offices with corporate manifestation formed an integral part of the overall scheme. High end joinery featured throughout.
Suspended ceilings complemented finishes to all areas, utilising a number of alternative grids and tiles to differentiate between areas.
Overall, the scheme provided the end user with a very pleasing, fresh and modern environment to represent their needs.
