Moseley Hall Hospital Case Study
Moseley Hall currently provides inpatient care for older people with physical illness in South Birmingham.
Vanguard Contracts were given the task of completely renovating an existing Grade 2 stable block where their Estates Departments were presently sited. Vanguard Contracts initially had to install a mezzanine floor within a new purpose built complex in order to reposition the Estates Department prior to renovation.
The new grade 2 building would provide fully functional quality offices assisting in the total reorganisation of the hospital.
Vanguard Contracts had to lay a brand new floor, screed throughout in order to remove flooring irregularities, dry-line and skim all existing block work walls and supply new office partitioning and suspended ceilings.
Throughout the project Vanguard Contracts ensured that the new works sympathetically complimented the Grade 2 listing of the building.
