The Preconstruction Phase

The Construction Phase

We provide you with responsive leadership and consistency of management throughout each project. We work in partnership with you, the architects, sub contractors and engineers to successfully complete your project. Our understanding of sub contractor trades and our access to historical databases helps us to manage costs, accurately schedule work, and proactively suggest mid course corrections.

We ensure that Client satisfaction is achieved and that any snagging issues are dealt with. Final inspections are coordinated with Local Authorities and a final handover is implemented.
